My HTC Evo V, tethered through my Net 10 ZTE 990, is going pedal-to-the-metal, downloading and uploading as fast as it will go. This is occurring right now and has been going on for the past half hour.
I have disabled data access for all installed applications to no avail.Something in the Android code is permitting unknown data movement.
